FlixFox Copyright & Takedown Policy

FlixFox ("us", "we", or "our") respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask our users to do the same. IMDb has adopted the policy that, in appropriate circumstances and at IMDb's discretion, registered users who are deemed Repeat Infringers shall be blocked from receiving access to/from IMDb other than as permitted above where available solely by way of search.

1. Procedure for Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof, and believe that any content available on the FlixFox Service infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a notification of alleged infringement to us. In order for your notice to be effective, it must be a written communication that includes substantially the following (please consult your legal counsel or see Section 512(c)(3) of the Copyright Act to confirm these requirements):
The signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed;

Identification of the copyrighted work or works claimed to have been infringed; and the requested action you would like to take with respect to such material (e.g., request article be removed, etc.)

A statement that you in good faith believe use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

2. Sending Your Copyright Takedown Notice

The following form is what we use when we receive an infringement notice.
For FlixFox Users: You can post your notice the fastest through our in-app service center. To report, go to the Help Center in the Profile of your app.
If You are Non-User/Copyright Holder: In the event that you are an outsider who has found or supposes to site contents in the Service, if it is not too much trouble contact through the structure or bolster channel accessible on FlixFox's true site where the first substance was circulated.
If all required information is not included, your request may be delayed or we may be unable to process it.

3. Counter-Notification Procedure

You may submit a counter-notification using this form if you are of good-faith belief that your content was mistakenly removed or disabled for reason compliant with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. To file a counter-notification, you must provide written communication that sets forth the items specified below.
Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material;
Providing your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of India and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement or an agent of such person.
If you file a counter-notification, it must be addressed through these processing channels and not through any other communication medium in Section 2.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

FlixFox may, under certain circumstances and without prior notice to you, terminate accounts of users that FlixFox has determined to be repeat infringers of copyright.
