FlixFox App (India) Terms of Use

Welcome to FlixFox! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the mobile application, web application, and any software associated with the services provided by FlixFox within or in association with the services (the “Service”), available to our users in India. These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including users who are also contributors of Content on the Service. By accessing the Service, or by clicking to accept or agree to these Terms when this option is made available to You, You accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Terms.

Description of Service

FlixFox provides you an amazing streaming service bundle which includes the best movies, shows, music and so much more! It’s a freemium Service. Following are features of the service:
Free Service: Over 75% of our video library is available to non-members for free, with no membership required! View free videos with ads.
Premium Service: You may subscribe to receive access to exclusive content and experience an ad-free service.

User Accounts

Account Registration: To use certain features, you will need to create an account, and, inside our Product, this also includes the opportunity to gain access to exclusive premium content in advance;. You can register by email, Google, phone number or WhatsApp.
Account Responsibility You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. You are responsible for ensuring that your account is secure and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
Device Limits: There are simultaneous login restrictions for Premium plan, support up to 3 mobiles and 2 android tv per same account, as per your plan.

Subscriptions, Payments, and Codes

Premium Subscription You can subscribe for unlimited access to our premium features … Features: Access to Audio/MIDI Outcomes as output cadence, Soprano, Tenor etc...). Subscriptions will automatically renew unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Use Trovit's search engine to search for houses and apartments for rental or sale, and real estate portals among other sources both online and offline to inform your decision. Subscription plans and prices are determined by the in-app store and may not be available in all countries or apply to all users, and are subject to change any time without notice.
Redemption Code: You can get Premium service with redemption code too.
Authorized Sellers: FlixFox App Sales Code are available (buy) from the Authorized Sellers of FlixFox App. We are not responsible for any losses or damages incurred by consumers who purchase non-legitimate 1 products offered on our website.
Types of Codes, and How to Use Them: The Service utilizes various types of codes (including without limitation single-use Paid Codes, and Promotional Giftable Codes). Promotional "Gift Codes" are given for free and can be redeemed by multiple people but are limited to one redemption per account / device. Promotional Gift Code can not be used to redeem Premium users.

User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You will not, and will not permit any third party, to use the Service to:
Be involved in fraud, such as using false accounts or automated counter referrals against the referral campaign.
Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any portion of the Service without our prior written permission.
Reverse-assemble, reverse-compile or otherwise attempt to create the source code from the FlixFox application.
Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Recommendation Program ("Invite to make money")

Eligibility: You must be an account holder to participate in their referral program and receive cash money for referring new users.
Refunded/Valid conversions: You will be paid for a “new user” that is not already installed by a mobile user of a particular app or has installed any app of a particular company before, via your media.
Rewards: The app lists standard direct and referral payouts. These prices can and do fluctuate.
Withdrawal: the money that we added to credits, that you can withdraw to bank or paytm wallet only then when in the credits is for minimum withdrawal (As 100 Rs). All withdrawal requests are reviewed by our office, they can take 5-7 business days.
No cheating: The platform is controlled by an anti-cheat. Our team will delete any account with any form of fraudulent activity, and all earnings will be forfeited.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. FlixFox does not warrant, represent or make any undertaking that your use of the service be uninterrupted or error-free. In no event will FlixFox or its suppliers be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or the inability to use the Service, even if FlixFox or a FlixFox authorized representative has been notified of the possibility of such damages.

Termination

FlixFox may, with or without prior notice, at any time, for any or no reason, suspend or terminate your account, terminate these Terms, and/or refuse any and all current or future use of the Service (or any portion thereof).

Governing Law

These Terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts in Jaipur.

Changes to Terms

We may also modify these Terms at any time. We may notify you via email and/or a prominent notice on our Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes means you accept the new Terms.
